| The prices before HST are not matching the advertised prices.
Like Premium Basic showing up as $45.14 not $39.95. Or 45M Internet being $59.83 instead of $52.95.
Am I missing something? |

| It looks like the Pre-HST and Post-HST price are the same (I'm on 45M, and it shows 59.83 as my pre HST price, then HST, then shows 59.83 as the total again. |

| Yes I think you are right. The HST number seems to be there just to let us know what it was. Not a huge deal but as an improvement perhaps the invoice could be laid out a little more clearly. |

my bill has tax listed inline for each sub total item. then displays the tax later. confusing.
Also Free bonus items on account are listed with price+tax. and don't list as zero'd out. making it look like we are charged more then what was charged.
Also. I received 2 charges on credit card. I got a second bill for 45.14 on top of my normal billing charge. |

| Very sorry about that Kevin we will check into it asap and make the necessary adjustments. Thanks very much for the heads up.I confess we are so driven to pushing out upgrades we don't spend as much time as we should testing them. |
