| Don't hear ringing on overseas outbound calls For about the past 10 days, when I make overseas calls (England) my phone gives me "dead air" rather than hearing the ringing tone. Have restarted my adapter and modem, restarted computer -- no joy.
Contacted Vonage last week and they rolled back the recent firmware upgrade (saw the info displayed on my adapter so I know she did it). However, it's started behaving that way again.
Any ideas before I call them again? Thanks. |
