| Why make it difficult to do business with you? Your company never ceases to amaze me. I've been a customer of yours for years and am still blown away by the disrespect and incompetence of your company.
Stupid me, I want to give you more money and still get the run around from everyone I have contact with. All I want is to add another line to my business account to get Mlppp. I've talked to Sales, of course I get the "new guy" that has no clue what he's doing, can't find my account, has never did a Mlppp upgrade and can't figure out my business address through your system where I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
I get passed on to Accounting next. Why? I have no f'n clue. Of course she can't create the account for me but is cheery enough to tell me I'll get a call back within 24 hours to help get the account created. 72 hours later I still haven't received a call...seriously?
Anyone want to help a disgusted customer or shall I just cancel and go with another company, not that you probably give a shit with the way we're treated.
Please don't tell me to sign up through your webpage either, it does not work properly and I'm not wasting time mucking around in it. |
