Packet Loss

Hi all,

Rogers in Richmond Hill seems to have 3% packet loss all day ... however, according to TSI Outages, issues in the area were resolved?

I am in L4S and and it is NOT resolved as far as I am concerned. It has been 8 days since my cable internet went dead. And it is still dead as of now.

Looks like the packet loss was fixed at 6:30PM on Friday; I wonder what Teksavvy/Rogers did?
