Earthlink Crammed my bill w/ services

I am so annoyed.

1 - Someone called in and upgraded webmail on one of my email accounts. No idea how they allowed THAT to happen

2 - They crammed in Norton Anti-Virus and PC Tune Up.

I can't believe this kind of idiocy.
