Re: [General] Will Verizon deny based off of credit check?

680 isn't considered a bad credit score.

you may have to pay a deposit. however in this day and age prepaid is a viable option and there are many choices.

Depends, but i see you're at asu. Verizon is terribly overloaded in Phoenix and the Voice Quality and LTE speeds are lackluster at best. You'd be better off going with T-Mobile, AT&T, or Sprint (once NV is complete here - i would not jump on them yet)

I dropped more calls on VZW here in Phoenix than any other provider i've ever used here, and that says a lot as before i moved here i was the biggest VZW fan on the east coast, but out here in Arizona they definitely leave something to be desired - especially on the voice side, as since they've went EVRC-C everyone sounds like their muffled and coming through a pillow. i refuse to talk on the phone here to anyone with VZW, and i can always tell when they're on VZW even if i do not know them.

If you're wanting a major carrier, go with AT&T, otherwise i'd just go with T-Mobile, as both of them are going to give you much better voice quality and data speeds than Verizon could ever dream of here. Especially considering the ridiculous price that VZW charges for their service. You can do much better elsewhere.

Hello,

Does Verizon wireless deny service based off of credit check or will you get service but just pay a deposit?

My FICO is 680 on Equifax (no credit)
