 2 edits | [Speed] Slow Blast Plus Blast Plus - Supposed to be getting 50mbps down and 10mbps up

Have tried running speedtests at several different times of the day, this is the best I can seem to get. Everytime I call comcast I get a rep who says they refresh my cable modem, and something should be better and ask if they can help me with anything else. No one ever tries to actually fix the problem. I have called about 6 times, each last about 30mins. Half of those they put me on hold and eventually some other person will pick up, and I have to restart the whole convo over and over again.
Comcast has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer service, I would not choose them if I had another option for HSI. Even the cable TV box they sent me didn't work when I tried to activate it when I called, did it over the online instructions, they even sent a tech out who said the box had some problem he had never seen before and for me to call back and have a new box ordered because they dont carry that certain cable box. 3 phone calls later that night, the first two failing because I got lost in the on hold cycle, the third guy by some miracle found the problem was something simple on my account and activated it with no issue. I dont know whether to be happy or mad at that point.
