 2 edits | Idk. Probably some type of remote backup or Dropbox type service is most common. If those stats are right It says it's transmitted 3GB in 3 days, which is probably killing your connection at times.
I would disable the wireless for now and test with a wired device. |

 | Maybe all your apple devices are uploading to the cloud and causing the slow speed. This would explain why the AT&T tech got great speeds using their test laptop, etc. I would also recommend as others have said, try one wired device (that doesn't upload to cloud) and see if it helps  |

 | Thank you, all. You reminded me that I use a remote backup service called Crashplan. I thought those services were set up to be 'friendly' in that they went to the back of the line when a real user needed the bandwidth. I shut it off, switched to Channel 11, and that fixed everything. Now popping ~5Mbps on Speedtest - wired and WiFi. I'm a hero in the house. THANK YOU!!! |
