Lot of steps to this one.
I first changed the colors and tone, added two different textures to the image. Then I went over to Photofunia and stuck the image into a scene. I then created the graffiti on Photofunia but since I couldn't create it on the same image, I created it on a brick wall image and then made a cut-out of it (PITA). I then layered it onto the Artify image, made sure the lady's head and the guy's hand and head were on top of the graffiti and not under it (another layer), and merged everything.
