Elite DSL throttled?

MOTOROLA 3360 ADSL 2+ MODEM
ASUS RT-N56U WIFI ROUTER

Installed ADSL yesterday used att to configure.
Speed is not what I expected 5 mbps now getting 3 mpbs.
What gives?

Show us the modem stats. In the past, they have occasionally FUBARed the profile build, setting ADSL-ATM customer profiles incorrectly. The connection stats should show if that is your case.
