Can't stay connected for 5 solid minutes

Couldn't even do this speedtest without dropping connection. It froze at 0.31Mbps and then finished with what you see there. 0.05Mbps

I've been battling Windstream since November 2011. All Windstream has done is "look into it" and apologize. I just like to periodically update my anger and hatred in an environment where others understand. I'm in correspondence with the Attorney General in KY now since the BBB and FCC did nothing, but forward my complaints. The problem is my area is in an oversold/latency outage and since Windstream has no competition here, so they refuse to upgrade their equipment because that would involve them spending money.

I am having the modem rebooting 12+ times a day and have to fight to get a 1 meg download. Usually it have been running in the 600-800 kbps connection speed. Last night the download was at 27 kbps down and 380 kbps up. So I feel your paid and I only have been fighting for 4 going on 5 months. used to have a solid 1.5 Mbps connection on a 3 meg account. Fix noise on phone and lose internet. Makes sense to me and make things worse. Field tech has no idea why the speeds are down and modem does the reboots.
