Re: [Internet] Bell Fibe Internet extremely slow Did they say how far you are by any chance? The fibre isnt run right into your house obviously so you are on fttn which has reduced the reliance on distance but it still matters. That being said, it seems to me your loop length is either too long and you need to call in a service call and be moved to pair bonding or there's a physical problem with the line which is where im leaning to if as you say everything worked fine for a few months and now the issues have popped up. A 15/10 customer should be set somewhere around 37/11 so the tv doesn't interfere with the internet traffic.
At thus point id direct you to post your issue in the direct forum of dslreports, and have a tech there take a look at your profile, line limits, etc. But they are generally not active on weekends. Normally I would offer to do it myself but I am enjoying a rare weekend off and dont have access to the software at home.
Or lastly as I said call in a service call for slow internet speeds and see what the tech finds and ask if the length is the issue and if pair bonding is available to you. -- My opinions are my own and do not represent the opinions or wishes of BCE or any of it's subsidiaries. |
