This ^^ is the firmware version you want to have.
Not sure if Bell still pushes this out.... May need to ask TSI directly. |

This happened to me two months ago:

I shoud add that I am currently using the Kijiji CellPipe and it works great. At least, as well as it can running on a Stinger - ie: at my distance I can only get 7 up, not 10. |
