[Electrical] Gulf Home Comfort Oil Furnace Wiring #RD9800

Just purchase a used furnace and not sure how to wiring this thing?

there are three wires coming out of the furnace, I'm assuming it's for the fan? "White, Black & Red".
Oil Pump has two wires "White & Black"
Ignition Transformer "Yellow & two black"
Ignition Box "yellow, orange, white & black".

Not sure what wires go with witch ones?

You need to post a picture of this, typically the whites and one black from the "ignition transformer" go to the line neutral, and the black on the "ignition box goes to 120 volt line.
The "oil pump" and other transformer wires goes to the orange wire on the "ignition box"

yellow to yellow sounds like the flame sensor "eye" connection.
