Cable customers in the following areas may be experiencing service interruptions:

Reported on 10/03/2013

• York POI, London DHCP IP Address issue
• York POI, London Provisioning issue

Reported on 10/04/2013

York POI, London RF signal issue

Wolfdale POI, Mississauga RF signal Issue
Wolfdale POI, Mississauga Provisioning Issue
Wolfdale POI, Mississauga DHCP IP address Issue

Grand Crest Place POI, Kitchener DHCP IP address issue

DSL customers in the following areas may be experiencing service interruptions:

•Galt
•Kingston
•Brampton
•Port Colborne
•Stittsville

About ETA’s

We are not always able to provide an ETA for resolution to our customers. As we receive ETA’s, we will post the information here. Please check back frequently for updates on current issues.

L4E Richmond Hill is still down. The people that I am talkng to in the direct forums are telling me to do exactly what I was told to do on sept 27th when I called in. Feels like I am going in a circle.

hhmm..Markham (L3S) cable internet is still down...3rd day. Not sure why Markham is not mentioned in the list above...anyone else in Markham also facing cable internet issues?

I'm just wondering if we are going to get reimbursement for the outage? This have been very inconvenient, for us.

Also is its October 5 2013, 9:51am and Internet is still down in Mississauga (L5B ***)

N3 postal code down and started to get frustrated with lack of information. Can you please let me know what is going on. According to your post it should now be fixed... Should I expect to be down for a few more days a few more weeks? I would like to know so I can make a decision as to how to proceed myself.

There better be a credit on this months bill. Its cost me more money then usin TS whn I have to use mobile data to do my course work.

I posted in the direct forum before 4PM yesterday and not a single response 19 hours later!
Cancel my service and refund my payment!!

I never got a response and holding over 2 hrs on the phone. Insult is that their line is saying there is outage only in London.

Same here (M6M), but I've been down since September 30th. Surprised to this this no longer on the outage list.

They aren't 16 year old kids reading a video game forum. Posts on page 3 or 10 will still get read. They start at the oldest. So if the oldest post is on page 25, that's where they start. Page 1 doesn't mean anything.
