| I have not set this unit up but the picture freezing after around 39 seconds means that IGMP proxying is not working correctly - that initial burst of video doesn't need IGMP.
Can you point at an online manual for the unit which includes the IGMP settings? The WAN port is also involved in the IGMP process since it is the upstream multicast source for the proxy. If you can describe the options available to you we can perhaps make some sense of them. |
