We've got mostly maples here, and oaks, some sycamores, and various pine trees. Sadly, Dutch elm disease got a lot of elms back when I was a kid I think. Squirt, do you have a lot of Elms?
We had two elms in front of the house where I lived, age 13-18, until I headed off for college. Last I remember, they were huge, but Google Earth tells me they are history. I don't know for sure, but suspect the Dutch Elm disease got them, too.
