[Outages] Rogers Extreme intermediate disconnection!

I am sick and tired of my Rogers internet disconnecting every 2-3 minutes since yesterday!

Correction, I have Rogers Ultimate 150 Mbps/10Mbps + Hitron CGN2.

I tried to uninstall network drivers but that didn't help. Connected my modem directly to my PC, that didn't correct my problem either.

I'm having the same issue here in Ontario, its very spotty right now and I keep losing connecting to games which is killing my gaming experience. Will be calling rogers in a few to see if there is a issue.

I've got the same problem...ran a ping test;

Was normal, ie; 47, 48, 47, 49, 48, 48 etc
Then every so often it spikes really high, consequently at the same time my internet disconnects.

48, 48, 47, 599, 994, 1400, 3234, 400, 60, 48, 47, 47, 47 48 etc

Rogers is really starting to tick me off.

Same here for the last week and they told me to get a new modem/router Hitron junk and still loss of connection back to my trusty SMC and better speeds and range can you believe it better than the Hitron CGN2 I was shocked now if they can get this dam losing the upstream signal only downstream is fine and I can stop rebooting 20 times a day!
