Just like the post says
the worst tech support
anything you need help with
once they get your story
they change reps
so start all over again
they do that in billing , tech support etc
the absolute #1 worst customer service ever
if you want my review on reps, message me
king damage control....................NOT
there are other companies around the same price
I joined one
absolutely no issues.....NONE...................
Internet works..............Period
wasnt gonna let Acanac get away with this one

Its time to get people of Acanac
and go where??????

Each time you call the company there seems to be 2 different pronunciations of the word Acaanc.........1st one just as it sounds...........the 2nd Aca....a.....nac
Parent company being Canaca. Do these employees not know the name of their own company. This just makes me laugh. I cant even begin to imagine the total hours and days spent on tech support, lost work wages, etc etc etc.
ACANAC, good luck with this.

ACANAC is cheap because it's a "No Frills", as is, where is, how is, without guarantee service.

Don't be so cheap... pay for decent service from Start/Teksavvy/EBOX, etc.

Just out of curiousity,

If your experience was truly this horrific, why did you stay with Acanac for 4 years? If it were me and I had this bad of a time, I would have left after a few months, there are plenty of other options out there....

Ahh you gotta love it. I stayed with Acanac because it would work, then not. I travel all the time. When I get back it would work, then I would leave and my wife tells me its not working. This would be back and forth and back and forth. Teksavvy is where I wanted to go but was not available in my area so I felt stuck until I found someone. And seriously, your concerned about why I stayed so long? Dont concern yourself. Ask yourself if you want to join Acanac or not, or maybe your already a customer. This makes me laugh.

So every time you were home, it worked fine for the entirety but as soon as you walked out the door, it stopped working? AND you put up with this, with absolutely no assistance from Acanac whatsoever for 4 years?

Yes this is truly believable.
