[INTERNET] FIXED: Link to ebills not working.
The link to see my ebill is not working when logged in on my account. I'm using FF and IE8 on windows XP OS. I read on Cogeco's FB page that someone else is having the same problem using Chrome and IE.
Never been a problem before.

I just checked my account and I am able to see my ebills with no problems. Using Firefox Version 24, Chrome and IE10 with Windows 8. Might have an issue with your Adobe plugin for your browser. Try uninstalling and re-installing it.
They have fixed it, it's working now.

As of October 16th at 8:30am I am unable to get to any of Cogeco.ca's website let alone my account info.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Got a message on the Account sign-in page.
Oct 15, Scheduled Maintenance - Please note that access to My Account will be unavailable between 11pm and 2am tonight. Thank you for understanding."
When I sign in to my Account I get a blank page. The Cogeco website pages are also taking a long time to load.
Edit: As of this afternoon, the maintenance notice was gone and I could get into my account. Cogeco web pages loading at normal speed.
