[DSL] DSL Extreme misinformation
Signed up online for a no contract account after speaking to Sales Dept. I wanted to try this new ISP before committing to a long term contract. Was mislead by the Sales Group. I was told that I could convert to the Promo-rate after I tried the service. A month later, called to switch to the promo rate. I was satisfied with up-time and DSL speed. Unable to switch to promo rate because that's only for new customers, which I was. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call back in 5 minutes; it's been more than 5 days....still no return phone call.....DSL Extreme was good until the lack of customer service.
Very sorry to hear that. I'll certainly have a sales supervisor review this for you, as it doesn't sound like this was handled correctly.
For the record, we usually aren't able to offer the promo rate AFTER you've signed up for service (it's only available as a first-time customer promo, hence the 'promo'), and supervisor callbacks are usually handled within 24 business hours (billing's not open on the weekend). Still, you should have gotten a call back by now, so not sure what happened with that.
