Looking to buy a new camera. But which one?

Looking at a few utra zoom digital cameras. I can't afford the step up to a DSLR.
Was gonna grab one from Walmart. But reviews on Walmart doesn't help. Some say bad but others say good just the people saying bad don't know how to use. Here's a few I was looking at.

GE White X600 Power Pro Series Bridge Ultra Zoom Digital Camera with 14 Megapixels and 26x Optical Zoom
»www.walmart.com/ip/GE-14.4-MP-X6···1924111?

Nikon Black COOLPIX L820 Compact System Digital Camera with 16 Megapixels, 30x Optical Zoom and 4-120mm Lens Included
»www.walmart.com/ip/Nikon-16-MP-N···23204350

Canon Black PowerShot SX160 IS Ultra Zoom Digital Camera with 16 Megapixels and 16x Optical Zoom
»www.walmart.com/ip/Canon-16-MP-6···21675104

FUJIFILM Black S4830 Digital Camera with 16 Megapixels and 30x Optical Zoom
»www.walmart.com/ip/Fujifilm-16-M···23115636

I'm trying to stay under $200.00. I'll have to learn what I'm doing with one of these. Right now I only have a Nikon Cookpix S3100.

I've seen some of the pics posted and figured this might just be the place to ask.

if you can find a Pansonic LX5 for 200 on ebay that's fine also.

Replied to the wrong person

I'd go for the Nikon L820 - »www.amazon.com/Nikon-COOLPIX-Dig···0B7N9CWG - on sale right now for $170 at amazon.

You'll learn a lot more though if you go for a camera like this - »www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-FinePix-···9&sr=1-4.

See how there's a dial on the top to let you choose different settings? The Nikon above doesn't allow any setting changes, the fujifilm one does. If you could wait a bit and save some more this Panasonic - »www.amazon.com/Panasonic-DMC-FZ6···9&sr=1-6 - is really good for just over $300. I had the older model before inheriting a dslr system from my father.

Guess I'm not getting any now. Money had to be spent on unexpected bill.
