The IP address belongs to Rogers.com(local Rogers servers not identifying as Google), but pretty good.
is that a problem jim? or no ?

I think the problem is that google.ca from the first post resolves to 18.104.22.168 which whois reports is Rogers.. Shouldnt that be google? Thats what I thought was strange.
When I ping to www.google.ca it comes back as 22.214.171.124 owned by Google as I would expect. sorry if I am confused too.
