Any tips?

In no particular order

a) engage TAC.

b) swap the internal A and B power supplies, see if the problem follows.

c) move power supply A connection to another outlet / circuit.

d) move power supply B connection to another outlet / circuit.

e) plug another device into the same outlet that power supply A is in, does it have any problems?

f) plug another device into the same outlet that power supply B is in, does it have any problems?

g) get an electrician to confirm outlet status.

h) replace power cables.

i) 3850s have swappable P/Ss. Was it ONLY the P/S that was RMA'd? If so, swap the 3850 chassis.

You get an electrician for that? I keep a metal fork in my tool bag for times like these.

These syslog messages indicate somebody actually remove a power supply and perhaps swap the power supply between slot A and slot B.
