Map of ISP's?

Is there a map of what ISP serves what part of town? I might end up in Raleigh and know that my family up thee has Time Warner Cable, I can't stand them and know that some parts of the triangle are served by Suddenlink. How do I check? I'm aware about whitefence, you need an addy though.

(Suddenlink uses TIVO which is cool)

Thanks, Rob

I know of no map for a specific area. I would get an idea of where you might live, find an address online and check a couple addresses.
