[Connectivity] VZ Technical Support Doesn't Know Beans!!
A neighbor lost DSL connectivity. They sent her a new modem. Same problem. They said they would make an appointment to come out. Never called.
She called me. I was able to ping and traceroute but could not load any websites. Went through an hour on the phone and eventually Higher Power Tech Support said there was a problem at the central office. Someone would call back in 24 hours. No call.
She called them several days later and gave them the ticket number they gave me. "Oh, yes!", the rep said. "When would you like us to come out and install your new telephone?"
