Recently I've been finding it difficult to stay below my 300GB cap for the month. I called Verizon, they are a little more expensive but the data cap is like 60TB per month.
Before I think more about switching to Verizon, is there any hope on the horizon for COX?
tried calling today to get it setup.. they put me on hold and the the line eventually dropped. I'll try again another time. Currently still at work. Thanks for the suggestion.
As someone with both right now I can say they both have their quirks. Verizons attachment on crummy Actiontec gateways is one. Yes you can bypass it, or bridge it, but they won't install or troubleshoot unless its hooked up. Its funny, first thing Cox says when you call is to bypass your router, while the first thing Verizon asks is if it's hooked up. LOL
