More info found here:

The details are quite interesting.

Bwahahaha! Take that, Bell.
But now that they actually have been fined, Bell will probably appeal this over and over and sue the pants off the guy, even if it takes a team of lawyers an infinite amount of time to achieve the result. Huge companies like this seem to remain ignorant until they're caught doing illegal things, then they seek vengence on their customers.

Appeal what they didn't bother to show up for?

Highly doubt it. They would have to expose more info and pointed questions. Plus I don't think any court would give them the time of day for something they never bothered with in the first place.

Re: Bell fined

$20, 000 for bell is like a penny to most of us.

The problem with fines is they'll just increase every body's monthly bill by $1 per month and it's more than paid for.

Best to remain speechless.
