On demand issues

I already have a bright house technician coming out to check everything again, but I am having issues viewing on demand. It constantly stops and I get error code 105 or 003.

Does anyone know what causes that issue? The signal levels are all fine according to phone support and my readings, the splitters are fine but we previously had issues where our neighborhood wasn't getting enough signal.

Both errors indicate a signal issue...the tech should be able to resolve it when he gets there.
