Unix and Linux → Enable HTML 5 Local Storage in WebKit for Konqueror

Is there some way to enable HTML 5 Local Storage for Konqueror to use when using the WebKit engine? ?

Note: rekonq is not an option, thanks

Is there some conf file for WebKit than can enable this in Konqueror? ?

I am not sure when in the Webkit engine this was enabled, but if it can be enabled in KUbuntu 11.10 and later, a plus. But at minimum 12.04.
