U-Verse DVR stopped working.Tech support shipped me a new one.Who would know they would add $116 to my bill the moment they put the order in for new DVR.They show they received old DVR via UPS.Now I have to wait for 2 months for credit.The rep said credit would not include taxes.Said I should contact "my government"to see how to get tax back.And she was serious.Bullshit.
That's exactly what happened to me, except the charge didn't go away. They sent me the exact same DVR as the defective one I sent in but some yoyo put it in as a DVR upgrade. It took me a month of constant phone calls and emails before I got someone to actually listen to my problem. They showed me past due for a $115 or so for almost two months before I got it corrected. Good luck and stay on top of it because the same thing may happen to you.
