Coop city is a dire warning to any new ISP coming into NYC. Letting any condo/Landlord or Management corp dictating what comes into the building will always kill competition and better deals. VZ needs to step up their scare tactic with landlord that refuse to let any utility come in because is illegal to do so. |

What was "posted" awhile back was that the Coop City management had agreed to allow Verizon FIOS To wire Coop City. However, Cablevision has an "exclusive marketing" arrangement with Coop City and Verizon didn't feel it could properly market FIOS in Coop City if Cablevision has "exclusivity" in marketing. |

it should be fair play for all ISP's no sweetheart deals. Bring your Best or get kick to the curv by the competition. Im not a fan of google at all but if they offer a better service then bring it to NYC. |

Unfortunately, Verizon is the one losing out here. Wire Coop City and try to find other ways to market your product that does not violate Cablevision's exclusive marketing deal. |
