I've done speed tests with just the modem, and I'm getting speeds as slow as 5 Mbps sometimes. Customer service cannot figure out the problem, they just keep checking noise levels. I get the full 75 mbps during morning hours.

I'm getting ready to switch my service, because it really couldn't be any worse; i'm getting 10% of the bandwith I pay for during peak usage hours.

I'm hoping someone here will tell me I'm not crazy and take a look at the area.. I saw a post from august that alluded to some new installations in boston.
