Acanac ignores my cancellation request and keep charging me thru credit cardMy internet was down 3 times since March. In July 28, it was down for one week. So I sent a request for cancellation and asked for a confirmation so that they will stop charging me. They replied and asked for more information. I returned email with information they requested. They replied talking about something irrelevant. On and on, they kept making a huge circle with no confirmation for my cancellation. They keep charging me extra fee through my credit card.
Now it's November, after so many back and forth emails, I was still being charged and they refused to give me any refund. I finally has to call them, but the person said I have to "send email" and she cannot do anything about it. What the hell a company can do business this way to rip off leaving customers??? |
