Any compelling reason to get the 6141? Currently have 6121I do have the 100Mbit package and with the 6121 I see about 95Mbit. Will I squeeze any more out using 6141? Better upstream speeds?
Thanks! |

the only real benefit is 8 channel bonding, which if live in your area, might alleviate some congestion issues. I have a 5121, and I am considering retiring it since charter provides a decent modem now, and I am an internet only customer, i might move to the new pricing and get an 8 channel modem. |

If you are getting acceptable download speeds, which it seems you are, the additional 4 downstreams (if available) won't provide any immediate benefit.
Both modems are capable of bonding 4 upstream carriers so there's no difference there. Charter is only utilizing on upstream carrier currently anyway. |
