[General] Bye Earthlink - it was a great runFor 15+ years, you were great to me. Up most of the time. A few years ago, great service. But then, something happened, not sure what. Then my modem died. After 3 different tech support foreign people, each promising to get me my modem the NEXT day (yes I was willing to pay), I still don't have it. So, I gave up. Today, I became a Comcast customer. Yes, it is more expensive. But, I can to go a service center and talk to a person I can look in the eyes. They can suck too. But, at least they suck in person. Still, I feel sad. RIP Earthlink. Yet - you have all my email.
Thus, does anyone know if I can forward email to a non-Earthlink account? I cannot find this info online.
Thanks. |

For a fee, you can keep your email address after you leave Earthlink. See: » www.earthlink.net/softwa ··· miummail |

Because the problem usually isn't the modem. |

Time - I was supposed to get it next day in the office - did not happen. I was willing to pay for that convenience. So, since I ended up having to go to the store - I got Comcast instead.
And it was the modem. It was a 13 year old modem. The point is that two agents were incapable of shipping a modem they both promised would be shipped and delivered. |
