I am on the 40/20 and no I didn't get an email form them. I know I would have because I get confirmations when my bill is due and after a payment is made. No they didn't inform me of anything until I got the letter today. In my opinion this is not a good way to do business but what can I do they refused to do anything other than offer me to change over to a business account. Same services but 3-5 times the price.
