Suddenlink → [ConnectivityHuntsville, TX dropping connection every 10 minutes

Hey guys. Every 20 or so minutes when my internet comes back up from the previous crash, it will stay on for about 5 minutes, then crash again. This has been happening for about a week now, with numerous calls to SL tech support. They have said they are doing a software update in this area. Does anyone have any idea as to when it will be completed, or what I can do to maintain a connection for more than 5 minutes?

Try leaving your modem unplugged for a good half hour. See what happens after you plug back in

Shoot SDLtech a message, he's on the approved tech list on the forum here. He can look into if you have a line issue.

You could try calling in and having them reset your profile, possible something didn't update with their software? What model number is your modem?
