Suddenlink "safe" guardSo the cable going to my cable modem stopped working the other day and I was left with no internet. I called SL, who had dispatched a tech. He replaced the RG59 connector at the end, tested the line, and was done, cable back to working just fine. But then I get my bill today and notice they charged me $40 for the service call. Isn't this exactly the kind of thing the Suddenlink so-called "safeguard", that I've been paying for well over 3 years, is suppose to cover? |
