TDS is absolutely awful in Lafayette, Indiana. We've had 5-10 disconnects a day for the last 6 months. That finally seemed to stop but now we get extensive packet loss. They've sent 3 techs out to our house and all have determined it to not be a wiring problem. Right we are getting constant packet loss. Doing a speed test shows about 1/3 expected speed on download and 0.04 Mbps upload and tests fail in the evening when the DSL service is unusable.

Anyone thinking of switching to TDS in this area, find another alternative. They are aware of problems with the DSLAM in my area (serving Raineybrook subdivision) as well as software issues caused by an issue in northern Indiana. Yet they do nothing.
