[Wireless] EA6300 - Purposely Limited Wireless WAN Speeds?

I've noticed that ever since I got my EA6300, 2.4 GHz speeds were being artificially limited with pretty much everything outside my LAN.

I can use 2.4 GHz to transfer a file and it hits about 80 Mbps. If I then try to download anything(Speedtests, file downloads, and more) it only hits 16 Mbps when I'm right next to the router. On the other hand, there is ONE specific Speedtest.net server that makes it as if I'm getting my wired speeds.

Go wired and I get the full 29-30 down/5.8 speeds I'm subscribed to.

5 GHz doesn't have this problem for some reason.

My phone can only hit about 13 Mbps.

Can't be interference since I would also have slow speeds with the file transfers and that one speedtest server. It also can't be the servers I'm downloading from since they all provide my full speeds wired.

For fun I plugged in my WD N750 router. I can get full speeds over 2.4 and my phone gets 28 Mbps.
