[Cust Svc] impossible to use comcast website

I think the people who did comcasts website also did the obamacare site. Its not possible to do anything without logging or having your account number. However they make it so you cant log-in to do these things once you get to where you want to be. Another reason why if i would switch to fios, if it was available.

Re: impossible to use comcast website

I have no problems with the Comcast site. I glad they have a logon Id and password system. I would not like some to turn off my internet service or order higher service teir.

re-read above, you cant login into the site in some areas that need to be, and cant see other parts without logging in ? I mean to see channel listing you need to login ?

Obvious you never used google to find something on comcast, and the site requires an account number to login, not a comcast login. I guess you are just better then me.

Because if you type into google , its will find it faster then looking on the site. Google took me exactly to channel listing page. Comcast requires a 10min digging session.

If you go to comcast.com, the login is right there on the front screen on the top right. A pop-up will even say "You're not logged in" and you can login from there.

Got to the Guide in 4 clicks. Would have been two clicks without logging in (if it remembers you from last login).

I fail to see how it could be any easier.
