Last Friday I went online and entered code to receive free Showtime, no Showtime yet. Used "contact us" on site, no reply. I have called 3 times, last time this morning, cut off after 2nd transfer. I was told on Saturday that it takes 3 days to activate. Tuesday and still no Showtime.
This morning I went to online chat and was directed to call a separate dedicated department at 866-444-8937. I have called 866-444-8937 five times since 10:30 this morning leaving the phone on speaker. Total time on hold...two hours and 43 minutes. Still no answer or Showtime. |

I'm starting to wonder if this is some kind of joke. |

Entered the code after I got it last week, finally got an email yesterday saying this:
"Due to the extremely positive response for the SHOWTIME® promotion free for 3 months, we are processing the requests as quickly as possible. Your request has been received and we will send another email once the service has been activated. Once SHOWTIME® has been added to your account, then that day will be the first day for your 3 month promotion. Thank you for your patience." |
