You know what would be awesome... if you guys can somehow display the user's DSL profile & sync stats, in some kind of advanced menu. Make it restricted so you can only poll it once or twice per day so there would be no abuse of it.
It would be a great self troubleshooting tool, especially for those with locked out Sagemcoms. |

Hi TSI,
I haven't seen anyone else report this issue so,
For the billing information, the myworld portal is showing the e-mail address I receive invoices at the myaccount portal is showing an e-mail address @teksavvy.com that I have never used and I am not sure it even exists. All of the other information (customer name, address, phone number) is showing the same correct values.
The new portal is looking good, I would also like to see, in addition to the daily off and on peek usage tab, a 'total' tab. Thank you |

I have the same issue in my portal. Just confirmed with R&D that that bug is currently in testing and the fix should be deployed soon.

I still have no usage showing on my portal... Is there any eta on a repair for this? I would like to start monitoring my usage to make a decision on keeping the 300 gig cap or move to unlimited.
Yes I could monitor locally, but my portal shows 0 gigs used, which is just not true.
I also have to join Edolon and say I have the same issue with the wrong email address showing for billing. |

Same here, any idea when the usage will be available in the beta portal?, I need it in order not to go over 75GB limit and do not know if the old usage feature is very accurate or if it takes into account the between 2am and 8am unlimited time. |

Could you guys at TSI please - at least - restore the previous usage tracker until this stuff is out of beta? It was simple and easy-to-use... without me having to create yet another (!) account/password in my life. In fact, I'd prefer the old tracker stay active in parallel with your new customer portal. And I'm sure I'm not alone in that wish. |

I've been following my bandwidth usage via the portal. Does the bandwidth reset on the first of the month or when the billing date is up? If it's the billing date it hasn't reset for mine. |
