[Cable] Cable slow to no speed at all

Hi,

I just wanted to point out that there is something severe going on in the London area for cable. I have found it very hard to use the internet from 11PM onward. I received 40% packet loss and less than 7mbps download, and cannot connect on the upload for speed test. I have reset my modem 2 times already and rebooted my router twice. Both times doing so did not help the issue.

I hope that this can be resolved when I wake up in the morning. This is the first time I have ever had an issue since my service with Start Communications began.

P.S: I would post the img for the speed test, but I am unable to as I am tethering my phone to type this post.
