[Cable] Beta portal shows no usage for rCable

I'm using rCable with Teksavvy. Have been for years. A few months ago my IP changed and it now shows as "dhcp-xxx-xxx-xx-xx.cable.user.start.ca"

Could this be why the new portal shows zero usage for me?

Anyone else on rCable with 0 usage since Dec 1?

my usage isn't working either, but your issue appears to be a totally different one. It appears you have been paying TSI, but being routed onto starts network... Rogers misconfigured your modem by the looks of it.

So, my usage is going thru Start's network? Has this happened before?

I've heard of TSI customers improperly getting a Distributel IP address before and the Internet still worked. TSI will have to submit a ticket to Rogers indicating a TSI customer is not getting a TSI IP address. Rogers will then have to re-provision the modem properly for you to get a TSI IP address.

Do the TPIAs have to pay for the usage of the incorrect customers when Rogers assigns them to the wrong network?
