Blue screen of DeathSo I just got a Blue Screen of Death on my Hp model 2000-2b43x running windows 8.1 Here's what it looked like here's the mini dump to. |

Ya know, it always helps if you can at least tell us what the hell you were doing at the time of the crash. For example, did you just happen to plug in a smartcard? Oh and you didn't actually include the "dmp" file. |

I've restarted it Hasn't happened again so far Just have to find the Driver that caused the Blue screen. |

I wouldn't worry about it as it has just happened the one time. If it starts happening regularly and becomes an irritation then I would first make sure to have the latest driver updates » h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf ··· 028#N149 |

Can you zip up the minidump file(s) in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and attach to a post in this thread?
If you have problems zipping the minidump file(s) copy the minidump file(s) to another location such as a folder on the Desktop. |

The driver that appears to have caused the crash is the usbaapl64.sys:
BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_IMAGE_usbaapl64.sys
The usbaapl64.sys, which is dated Nov 27, 2012, is Apple Mobile USB Driver.
To help prevent a re-occurrence of the error consider updating the usbaapl64.sys by updating the application that installed the usbaapl64.sys which typically would be iTunes. |
