IP on modem changes every 10 minutes

Last week the IP for my modem started changing every 10 minutes. It hasn't effected browsing but Is annoying. In have foscam camera's set up to watch the house and they email me a notification when the IP changes. I use that ip to control them when I'm not there. That adds up to hundreds of emails a day. Why is my IP changing so freqently? I have a gen4

What plan within Gen4 ?
Business or Residential ?
If Business, do you have a static IP ?

Which Gen4 Modem HT1000 or HT1100 ?
Have you opened the modems SCC advanced pages and viewed DHCP lease info ?

Have you performed a "hard reset" of the modem ?

In the Modem advanced pages what if any error codes are listed ?
