Cox → [VA] How to setup the router for Cidr IP from Cox?

My point was there is debate on the meaning of the word but its still commonly understood. ARP cache may have nothing to do with ARP, but its what the customer would want to ask for if calling technical support. Do you agree?

QAM is still just the modulation onto the analog medium, it's still an analog sine wave at various frequencies, with variations in phase and amplitude.
