Interleaved or fast path?


How can I tell if i'm on an interleaved or fast path profile?

I'm running 25/10 VDSL. I got the following details from my modem:

xdslcmd info --pbParams

quick and dirty way, ping google.ca
average of ~8-12ms hello fastpath
average of ~25+ ms hello interleaved

Was running a Hauewi HG610 that i borrowed to test and got the stats above. Currently running a Sagemcom in bridge mode

Ah, then you pulled the wrong stats... normally you're looking for an entry that says "Interleave Delay". it should be 0ms on fastpath.

Since you're on a 7330 and verified that the HG610 works, get one for yourself and pitch that bell controlled Sagemcom...

Free > $50

I got a free sagemcom and I don't have any issues with the modem in bridge mode (full 25/10 speed) so i'm good with it

No issues now, but Bell likes to push faulty firmwares without any warning. just be prepared for it.
